You get the full Pro plan for 14 days. At the end you choose whether to continue on Smart or Pro. Your projects and uploaded data stay exactly as they are.

Yes, at any time. Moving from Smart to Pro unlocks the client portal and AI straight away; moving back takes effect from the next billing period. No data is lost either way.

No. Your clients can open the shared portal as often as they like, with no account and no sign-up, and leave feedback there. It is part of the Pro plan.

Both plans come with a monthly allowance that renews: 50 credits on Smart, 200 on Pro, plus another 50 for every extra user on Pro. Credits cover product swap, staging and upscaling. If you need more, you can buy an extra credit pack alongside either plan.

The monthly allowance resets each month, so whatever is left of it does not accumulate. Credits you buy separately are yours to keep and are not affected by the month rolling over. The system always spends the monthly allowance first, so a purchased pack stays there for when you really need it.

Pro includes 2 users and can be extended as needed: each additional user is € 15 / mo, or € 150 / yr on annual billing. Smart is for designers who do not need a client portal or custom branding.

Yes. Smart includes 5 GB and Pro 50 GB. The allowance covers the whole workspace, not each project. When it fills up, deleting files or projects you no longer use frees space. Archiving tidies the project list but does not reduce storage, because the files remain.

Yes, with no lock-in. After cancelling you can keep using the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and restarted the same way when you have an active project again. A yearly subscription is paid up front and includes two months free, so it runs until the end of the paid period. In both cases you keep access until that period ends, and your data stays.

Yes. Every subscription gets an automatic VAT invoice, which we also send by email.
