Excel vs Interigo

FF&E schedules without the retyping

Your client is not paying for the hours you spent filling a spreadsheet. They are paying for the relief that someone finally made the choices. Interigo takes the typing off you and keeps the Excel export.

Excel vs Interigo

The spreadsheet that is never finished

Schedules filled in late at night, row by row.
Product codes, dimensions and prices copied by hand from the supplier's page.
Pasted product images that push every row out of line.
Your client reading version three while you are on version six.
A discontinued product you now have to find everywhere in the sheet.
Hours during which nobody is designing, and no client feels looked after.

What changes

The schedule stops being a job of its own and comes together from the sourcing you do anyway.

Clip instead of type

Save any product with a single click

Clip the product from any online shop with the Chrome extension, and the name, price, dimensions and image come with it.

Projects instead of tabs

Organise products by project and by room

You filter instead of hunting through worksheets, and the system keeps track of what belongs where.

Export instead of format

Export the finished schedule in two clicks

PDF or Excel, in your own branding. Layout and formatting are no longer your problem.

What we keep from Excel

Excel export

Contractors and procurement want a spreadsheet, and they get exactly that, from the same schedule.

Yours to edit

The exported file is yours, so nothing stops you working in it afterwards.

A familiar shape

Line items, quantity, unit price and total. There is no new logic to learn.

Your branding

Your logo and colours appear on the PDF and on the spreadsheet.

Split by category

Break the schedule down by room and category, the way you used to split it across tabs.

A PDF as well

Your client gets the presentable version and the contractor the workable one, from the same data.

What changes between the two

These rows are about how much manual work is left with you, and how much time goes back into what your client is actually paying for.

Common questions

Not at all. Interigo exports to Excel too. The only difference is that you no longer fill the sheet in by hand.

The line items with their product data: code, dimensions, quantity, unit price and total, broken down by room and category.

Not in the least. They get the same spreadsheet as before, you simply do not have to build it.

Spreadsheet import is not available yet. In practice it is rarely missed, because clipping a product takes seconds and the schedule builds itself from there.

You do not have to move everything at once. Start with a single live project: clip the next products with the extension and see how the schedule comes together.

Schedule export is on both plans. Line-by-line client sign-off is part of Pro.

Try it on a live project

Clip a few products with the extension and see how much of the evening goes back into designing. 14 days free, no card.
